Frankie Primo’s +39 (51 W Chippewa Street) posts Every Monday–Friday 4–6pm plus Friday & Saturday 10pm–12am, with $6 Beer & Wine — Prosecco, Sangiovese, Friulano, Rosato glasses and Peroni draft — and $10 Select Signature Cocktails. In Elmwood Village, Aroma on Bryant (307 Bryant St) posts Fridays 5–10pm $10 Old Fashions & Manhattans and Saturdays 4:30–10pm BOGO Spritzers at the bar.

Other Half’s kitchen runs $6 for (6) wings, $10 Munchies Sampler, and $4 Chips & Dip. Southern Tier’s weekly board runs Wednesday $1 Wings (orders of 5) and Thursday $8 Feature Burger of the Month and side. Frankie Primo’s bar snacks run a flat $10: Italian Wings, Chicken Cutlet Sliders, Personal Margherita Pizza, Rocco Rolls, and Bruschetta. And the late shift belongs to lloyd Taco Factory on Hertel (1503 Hertel Avenue), which posts Reverse Happy Hour Monday–Thursday 9pm–11pm with $5 food and drink specials — Szechuan Chicken Bites, Carnitas Torta, the Loganberry cocktail, and Dynamic Duo pairings. Aroma adds Tuesdays 5–9pm half off pizza with one drink and Wednesdays 5–7pm half off an appetizer with a drink, plus Thursdays 5–9pm half off select bottles of wine.
